Finished Goods Distribution Center at Magoula, Attica

  Construction of a finished goods distribution center of 50,000 m2 total covered area, in a plot of 80,000 m2 total surface, consisting of a warehouse building (ground floor of 20,000 m2 covered area and basement of 20,000 m2 covered area) and a warehouse building of 10,000 m2 covered area, as well as surrounding area works ( landscaping, parking area, roads, underground networks, external lighting) in an area of 40,000 m2.

  • Basic design, design for permits issuance and detail design / engineering of mechanical and electrical installations
  • Permits acquisition from authorities
